Venice, Florida 34285. - We will prepare all necessary transfer instruments and deliver them to you by email, US Mail or facsimile, as you wish.
- Execute the documents as per our written instructions and return the originals to us.
- After review of the original executed instruments by a licensed Florida attorney, the instrument will be recorded with the appropriate Clerk of the Court.
- Once the documents are recorded, the originals will be returned to you by the Clerk’s office.
